Prepare a checklist before meeting with your bathroom Designer or Bathroom Renovation Expert!

Before meeting with your bathroom designer or bathroom renovation expert, you should have a general idea of what you are trying to accomplish before beginning a bathroom renovation.

Take a moment and make a small list of the things that are important to you. You may wish to have two columns on your list. 1- Must Haves and 2- Wish List.

The most important thing to consider when renovating your bathroom should be to separate your emotions from what is practical. The grand design you might be contemplating in your mind may be out of line with your budget or may not add value to your home when it's time to sell.
